The community we had been searching
for
Hey! We are Emily Massey and Vicki Salazar- educators, play-based learning advocates, and the community builders behind this space.
The Educator's Table was born from a simple but powerful belief: the people who nurture our youngest learners need a place to be nurtured, too. As educators, we were craving meaningful conversations, fresh inspiration, and professional growth that actually aligned with the kind of play-based learning we believed in... but so often, we were left feeling discouraged, disconnected, or like we were navigating it all alone.
We realized that if we were feeling this way, there’s a good chance other educators were too.
So we created the kind of community we had been searching for ourselves: a safe, welcoming space where educators can share openly, feel understood, exchange ideas, and grow alongside people who truly get the beautiful, messy reality of early childhood education.
