Is this event for daycare owners?
This evening is designed to be a safe, peer-centered space where frontline educators can share openly without feeling observed or evaluated by ownership. We want to honour the comfort, vulnerability, and honest conversations that help educators grow, and that works best without owners present, BUT we would love for you to send your team of educators to this event. Trust us, you'll see the benefit.
Are Daycare Directors allowed to attend?
Yes. Directors play a key role in shaping program culture, supporting educators, and leading with compassion. This space can benefit directors by giving them a deeper understanding of the frontline perspective, and allowing them to reconnect with early learning alongside their teams.
Do I have to be employed at a daycare to attend?
No, any self identified early childhood educator can attend! If you're between roles, or maybe took a break from the industry and you're looking to be re-inspired, we'd love to see you there!
Are new educators allowed to attend?
Absolutely. Whether you’re brand new or have been in the field for years, this is a supportive space to meet others, learn, and feel inspired.
Can I bring my child?
Absolutely. The play space will be open during the event, and kids are welcome to attend with their adult ticket.
Do I need to already know people there?
Not at all. A big part of this night is creating connection within the early learning community.
What should I wear?
Whatever feels like you. Think cute coffee date vibes, not corporate networking event.
Do I need to be a member of The Educator’s Table?
Nope! this event is open to educators, directors, ECE students, and anyone wanting to connect within the field.
